When that iconic white noise of the HBO logo fires up, you know you’re in for the best TV has to offer. Being approached to create something for HBO, based on my artist-driven work, was an very cool.

The budget was tight, and the deadline even tighter, but we leaned into it and created something a little more unexpected for HBO. I’ve since been told it influenced some of A24’s logo animations later on, which is pretty cool.

These pieces were essentially pulled together with heavy lifting in Photoshop due to the time constraints. It would’ve been great to explore them more fully, but even as they stand, I think they carry a strong tone and unique energy.
